Lebanon on Sunday registered four new coronavirus cases as the Interior Ministry put out of action a circular that regulates traffic based on vehicles' plate numbers.
In its daily report, Lebanese Health Ministry said that the total number of coronavirus cases has reached 1,446 after 2 domestic cases were recorded in last 24 hours, while 2 cases were registered among Lebanese expats who return home recently from corona-hit countries.
The ministry added that 885 PCR were conducted over the past 24 hours, noting that the number of recovery cases reached 868.
No deaths were registered in the last 24 hours, the ministry said, keeping the toll of the deaths related to the contagious COVID-19 disease at 32.
Meanwhile, Interior Minister Mohammed Fahmy issued a circular in which he put out of action the even/odd license plates' rationing, which was enforced since earlier as a measure to confront coronavirus.
